Angie grew up in San Diego, CA, and went on to pursue education at Miramar College, landing on the Deans List, aiming for the University of California San Diego in Business Management. While pursuing college studies, Angie also found a great love for community volunteering and personal enrichment, which became a focal point. She went on to work with many charity organizations and soon had interest in moving away from the West Coast. She went on to numerous and various community giving including:

  • Heading a teen homeless shelter charity event
  • Girl Scout Leader
  • Managing a team on the Relay For Life for the American Cancer Society
  • Being a mentor to young women at the Bethany Christian Center
  • Being a part time foster parent to children at Boys and Girls Harbor of Texas
  • Donating time to the Houston Food Bank and Utah Food Bank
  • Girl Scout Leader

Most recently in November of 2025, Angie organized and hosted her own Fashion Show for Charity named, “Catwalk For Coats”, raising funds to provide elementary kids coats for the winter, following her wishes to bring her volunteer experience to new levels!

Angie's skills took her to Michigan, Florida, then to Houston, TX, where she worked as a client service manager in a private wealth firm for seven years. With her handsome son and her pursuit of the Rocky Mountains, specifically Utah, for snowboarding and hiking adventures, Financial Strategies Institute came calling with her niche and specialized client service skills. Together they love to explore adventures and new destinations, near and far. When she is not working, she is running her household, exploring Utah, dancing, volunteering, or walking the dog, a Chihuahua/Dachshund/Terrier Mix, named “Max.” In December 2023 Angie Joined Financial Strategies Institute's wildly successful team and best-in-class client service model with a focused role of:

  • Client Service Specialist and Manager
  • Client Onboarding and New Accounts Opening
  • Client Strategies and Tactics Team Meeting Lead
  • Executive Assistant projects for SteVan Gates, CRPC
  • eMoney “Client Dashboard” Specialist
